How do I place an order?
Browse the store online. Choose your desired items and select the color and size where applicable. Add the item to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enjoy your new purchase and rock it with love and sass!
Payment and Shipping
You can use your credit card or paypal to make purchases directly from the online store. We ship both nationally and internationally. Shipping, handleing and tax will be calculated based on your address and will be added to your order upon checkout. Orders are shipped within 2-7 days, based on availability of product. Most designs ordered online are in stock and ready to be shipped immediately. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If you have not received your package within 10-12 days of tracking number being mailed, please track your package, it it your responsibility. If the package shows it was delivered safely and you did not receive it, this is not 4DD's responsibility. Please make sure your given address is safe to leave packages. If it is not safe, please email us and ask for "signature required" for no additional fees: fourthdd@gmail.com
Returns & Refunds
Please be wise in your decisions to avoid unnecessary shipping and exchanges. We accept exchanges only for store credit in the amount of the full price of order minus all shipping fees. All unworn, unwashed, unaltered 4DD merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days for store credit. Items that are returned and do not meet our specifications will be denied. Please do not return damaged, washed, or worn clothing. Sale items can not be exchanged. Please include your order number with returns, handwritten notes are acceptable.
Store credit is valid for 3 months from original date of purchase. Please keep email confirmation for store credit from Fourth Dimension Designs. If merchandise is defective, it may be exchanged free of charge for the same item from Fourth Dimension Designs. Please add a note explaining reason for exchange and what you would like to exchange it for.
You are responsible for paying shipping on returns. USPS with confirmation delivery so it can be tracked is optimal.
